the supplier's location and the destination country.

• Europe: 10-12 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 10-14 business days

• Rest of the World: 15-14 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by customs, postal delays, or unforeseen

circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking

number. Please allow 5-7 business days for tracking information to update in the system.

Multiple Items in One Order: If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped separately to

ensure faster delivery.

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or

additional charges that may apply once the package reaches your country. Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
